Not to long ago I had one of my you tube subscribers ask me to do a video tutorial on installing a sub-panel. As chance would have it the Bishop that performed my wedding ceremony and who also happens to be very good friends with my wife and I asked if we could take care of some electrical jobs at the church. The job that the Bishop needed was the addition of some outlets in the treasurers room, however the closest panel with free space was located a long distance from the area where she wanted the outlets installed . After looking the job over it was determined that the most efficient way to approach this situation was to install a sub-panel and run the new circuits from that point giving them the option to not only take care of the outlets in the treasurers room but to also have the capacity to add more in the future. So I thought that it was pretty interesting that at the moment I was asked to do a video about installing a sub-panel fate would send me on that exact job funny how that works. So I will not continue to ramble as that is something that I tend to do a lot, but today I will spare you all 🙂 Anyways here is the video please enjoy.
